Shipping

1. Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We offer FREE shipping Australia-wide on all Limited Edition Prints and Original Artworks, unless stated otherwise.

We use Australia Post, local couriers, or specialist art couriers depending on the nature of your order.

Please note:

  • Free shipping does not apply during sale promotions or to discounted artworks. A flat shipping fee will be applied at checkout for these orders.
  • Oversized, fragile, or custom-framed pieces that need specialist handling may be excluded. In these cases, we'll contact you with a freight quote before dispatch.
  • You are welcome to arrange your own courier or studio pick-up for Original Artworks. If you organise your own shipping, Marcia Priestley is not responsible for any damage during transit.

2. International Shipping

We ship internationally with DHL Express. All shipments are 100% insured and handled with care.

Flat shipping rates:

  • Prints under 800mm (longest edge): $80 AUD
  • Prints 800mm and over (longest edge): $160 AUD
  • Two or more prints purchased together: $160 AUD, as multiple pieces need extra packaging and handling

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply in their country.

3. Signature on Delivery

All orders require a signature on delivery. Please make sure your order is shipped to an address where someone will be available to sign for it.

If no one is available, your order may be taken to a local collection depot. It is then the recipient's responsibility to arrange collection or redelivery directly with the courier.

My work isn’t simply about the subjects I paint—it’s about the story each piece holds beneath the surface. Every gesture, figure, or motif is a vessel for something deeper: a narrative thread, a remembered feeling, a provocation. The concept drives the composition. I’m less interested in perfect likeness and more drawn to evoking something intangible—an atmosphere, a tension, a moment suspended in thought. Ultimately, I’m interested in building pieces with a strong sense of character—works that feel alive and invite the viewer into a layered, emotional world.
