Every day from this point on, a different world greets us. Stepping out into the heated sand, a cool breeze circles my face as my hair is whisked upwards to greet the sun while it’s rays beats down warming my shoulders. The water, just beyond the trees, sparkles like a cluster of finely cut gems in the last hours of daylight.. The clouds across the bay now seem to hover over the water, their outlines smudged by the lavender evening haze, a soft-focus that makes the landscape seem imaginative, yet so true to a life well dreamed of.

Resort ‘22 is a large seascape, contemporary abstract art piece designed using a series of lines creating a colossal amount of colour & texture.

Australian Artist, Marcia Priestley’ evokes an alluring narrative fluent with emotion using acrylic and mixed media application. Creating serene viewings, lyrical tones are sculptured and composed from longitudinal arrangements or pattern formation creating movement, body, texture & difference.

Tempering romanticism, realism, simplicity and energy, life is captured in her creative process often occurring with spirited meaning, shaping her symbolic and harmonious style.
